What the Neural LAB platform is, how the single account that grants access to every system works, and where everything lives.

Neural LAB is the platform that underpins every Neural Thinkers Lab system. It is not a system you use to work: it is the layer beneath them that takes care of your account, your access and your subscription.
In practice you almost never open Neural LAB on purpose. You land on it when you click Configurações (Settings) inside Hipócrates, Mercúrius, Argos or Pólis, because all of those screens lead to the same place.
One account for every system
Your account is single. The same login works for every system in the house, and each one shows only what your profile in that system allows. Switching systems does not require signing in again.
The entry paths are the same everywhere:
- Google, Microsoft, GitHub, LinkedIn, Facebook or Banco do Brasil
- WhatsApp code, no password
- Email link, no password
- Email and password
If you have already signed in through one path, you can sign in through another later, as long as the email address is the same.
Central de Contas (Accounts Hub)
This is where your account is managed, and it lives at accounts.ntlabs.dev.
Every system points there instead of keeping its own settings screen, so that
there is never more than one place saying different things about you.

For plan and price, this is the only source you can trust. Values change, so check the screen rather than any number you saw somewhere else.
Dédalo
Dédalo is the house's assistant. He answers questions about the systems, about the documentation and about the platform itself, and shows up as a floating button on the public pages and inside the Lab.
He is support, not authority. For anything that depends on your real data — plan, access, billing — confirm on the corresponding screen.

The Lab
The Lab is Neural Thinkers Lab's internal area, at www.ntlabs.dev/lab. Most
of what lives there is the company's own operations: time tracking, clients,
billing, a research library and meeting insights.
If you are a client of one of the systems, the Lab is not your workplace; your system is. This section exists so you know the area isn't yours, rather than discovering it disappears from the menu without explanation.
Your data
The terms of use, the privacy policy, the cookie policy, the data protection
officer's channel and the security policy live at www.ntlabs.dev. They apply
to the whole platform, not to a single system, which is why they are not
repeated in each system's manual.
